Gula aren di Desa Les, Banjar Dinas Selonding, Tejakula, Buleleng, berpotensi jika dikelola dan dipasarkan dengan baik. Usaha Gula Bali milik I Made Karmawan telah berdiri selama 26 tahun sejak 1996. Mereka menggunakan metode tradisional dalam pembuatan gula, dimana tuak atau nira dimasak dengan kayu bakar selama 3-4 jam. Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah ketergantungan pada tenaga fisik, penggunaan alat tradisional, absennya label usaha, pemasaran offline, dan kurangnya pencatatan keuangan.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi mitra dalam proses peningkatan produksi serta manajemen agar usahanya lebih berkembang. Metode pelaksaan kegiatan terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu persiapan, pengadaan teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Pemberian teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin pengaduk gula serta kompor gas merupakan solusi terhadap masalah produksi. Beberapa pelatihan diberikan untuk menjadi solusi permasalahan manajemen seperti pelatihan pengemasan dan labelling, media online untuk pemasaran serta manajemen keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan adanya percepatan waktu produksi sebanyak 50% dan peningkatan kuantitas produksi sebanyak 50% pula, 100% produk mitra dikemas dengan label, serta 1 orang mitra dapat melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk mitra adalah penggunaan media online sebagai media pemasaran harus terus diimplementasikan karena dapat memperluas pasar.
