<![CDATA[Preeclampsia is a complication in pregnancy which is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and develops after the 20th week of pregnancy accompanied by proteinuria as well as being a major cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality in various countries. Apart from preeclampsia, in recent years COVID-19 has also been a contributing cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. COVID-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. This study used a literature review study design. The search for research articles was sourced from the Pubmed electronic database, and the Wiley Online Library with a publication limit of the last 10 years. Search for articles using keywords, namely preeclampsia and COVID-19. The results of a review of the three journals that have been carried out show that when viewed in general and at a glance, preeclampsia and COVID-19 are two different complications, but when viewed from a clinical perspective, preeclampsia and COVID-19 have unique similarities. COVID-19 infection during pregnancy can lead to conditions such as preeclampsia. COVID-19 can cause symptoms that are very similar to preeclampsia, but the symptoms of preeclampsia caused by COVID-19 can disappear completely quickly and these symptoms come on suddenly. If preeclampsia is true, delivery is the way out.]]>
