The goal of this study is to find structural models (paths) of the relationships between variables that researchers have studied using a survey approach that incorporates theory, empirical evidence, facts, and existing facts. Field research was used for the study. with 100 UKM Jambi City owners serving as respondents. Payment gateaways and the utilization of fintech peer-to-peer lending were found to have a significant impact on revenue growth in this study. Due to the mediation of increased revenue, payment gateaways and the utilization of fintech peer-to-peer lending did not, however, have a significant impact on financial performance. Thus, it can be concluded that UKM's financial performance with fully mediated venture capital is affected by payment gateaway and the use of fintech peer-to-peer lending.
