Indonesia is one of the digital nomad destination countries in Southeast Asia. This generation consists of freelancers and digital nomads who are using the freedom of space to travel and explore further. Advances in the tourism industry and the ease of working remotely have led to the emergence of the digital nomad phenomenon, where one can work while traveling using internet technology. The great interest of foreigners in the country of Indonesia makes it one of the country's destinations for digital nomad. With the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, new normalities have led to increased use of technology to support remote work. The spread of this virus affects the economy of all countries in the world. The problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic have become global problems that have the potential to trigger a new social order or reconstruction. The author is then interested in examining the conceptual reality of applying for a visa for digital nomads in Indonesia.
