<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of office facilities and work discipline on employee performance in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the South Buru Regency Regional Secretariat, both partially and simultaneously. This research is descriptive in nature using a quantitative approach so as to support this research activity. The data analysis method used in this research is the linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect, namely 0.402, on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect, namely amounting to 0.584 on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar. 3) Competence and work motivation have a positive and significant joint effect of 0.527 on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar.]]>
