The objective of the research is to determine the radio management that applied for manage the young listener segmentation in soloradio. This research belong to qualitative descriptive study that emphasize how to understanding the  phenomenon of the experience with describe it into speech. The results of this research is broadcasting management of soloradio of soloradio using 4 stages it is , planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. In the management, planning is good enough with the weekly meeting, monthly and yearly for planning programs thatâs compatible for young segmentation. Organizing is neatly supported by adequate human resources and the selection of the target youth broadcaster to be broadcast by both the sound according to the type of young people . Actuating done by providing guidance , motivation and good relations with the present approach to doing good broadcasting program and in accordance with the young listeners by joining in every event organized . As for the controlling is done by a general manager who is directly and indirectly. But for the head of the division as program director to supervise directly due oversees announcer during the broadcast to keep it out of the path of a young.
