The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job selection and placement on the performance of Tasikmalaya Post Office employees. The research method used was a quantitative method with a quantitative approach to 45 respondents who were employees of the Tasikmalaya Post Office. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.
