This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and work environment on research work performance at PT. AnugerahMulia Sentosa Yogyakarta. The population and samples used in this study are all employees of PT. Anugerah Mulia Sentosa, totaling 60 people using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. IBM SPSS Statistics 25 is used as data analysis through two stages of testing, namely: classic assumption test and hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, work environment has no effect on employee performance and work environment has no effect on employee performance in PT. Sentosa Noble Award.
