Intisari--- Kebutuhan akan layanan kesehatan saat ini sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah masyarakat mencari informasi mengenai layanan kesehatan yang ada disekitar tempat tinggal mulai dari rumah sakit (RS), Apotek, Dokter praktik, Klinik, Rumah Bersalin/Bidan, dan Pengobatan Alternatif. Untuk itu perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi geografis yang nantinya dapat memudahkan masyarakat mencari informasi layanan Kesehatan. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah sistem informasi khusus yang mengelola data yang memiliki informasi spasial (bereferensi keruangan). Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Metode Waterfall, dimana ada 5 tahapan yang terdapat pada Metode Waterfall yaitu, Analisa Kebutuhan, Perancangan, Implementasi, Pengujian, dan Pemeliharaan. Data yang digunakan kedalam sistem sebanyak 107 pusat layanan kesehatan yang meliputi 11 Rumah Sakit (RS), 22 Apotek, 20 Bidan/RSB (Rumah Sakit Bersalin), 14 Puskesmas, 4 Pengobatan Alternatif, 15 Klinik, dan 20 Dokter Praktik. Hasil Perancangan Dilihat dari hasil UAT (User Acceptance Test) aspek kemudahan didapat penilaian tertinggi 75% dengan skala ukur baik, aspek pencapaian tujuan didapat penilaian tertinggi 80% dengan skala ukur baik, dan aspek apresiasi didapat penilaian tertinggi 60% dengan skala ukur baik.Kata kunci--- SIG, Web, Kesehatan, Layanan, Bandar Lampung. Abstract--- The need for health care services currently indispensable to facilitate public who looking for information on existing health services around the residences ranging from Hospital, a Pharmacy, a Doctors on Practice, Clinics, Maternity Homes/midwife, and Alternatives treatments.There’s a need to design a geographic information system to know health servicesand facilities locations.The study about Geographic Information Systems Education Service in Bandar Lampung aims to produce a Web-based educational services location application method used is Waterfall. There are 5 stages in Waterfall method: Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. data as much as 107 health service centers that include 11 Hospitals, 22 Pharmacies, 20 Midwives/ maternity hospital, 14 health center, 4 Alternative Treatment, 15Clinics, and 20 Doctors on practice Judging from the results of the UAT (User Acceptance Test) aspects of the obtained the highest assessment of ease of 75% with a measuring scale is good, aspects of goal achievement obtained the highest scoring 80% with a measuring scale well, and aspects of the obtained the highest assessment appreciation of 60% with a measuring scale either.Keywords--- GIS , Health Services in Bandar Lampung , Bandar Lampung.
