Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana gaya hidup dengan Motivasi Ekstrinsik dikaitkan dengan kinerja karyawan perempuan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Wanita pada UMKM Pengolahan Kepiting di Desa Kedalon Batangan Pati. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan UMKM Ranjungan Pati. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Sensus Sampling dan hanya 65 orang yang dijadikan subjek observasi melalui wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa worklife balance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract This study focuses on how lifestyle with Extrinsic Motivation is associated with the performance of female employees. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and extrinsic motivation on the performance of female workers at MSMEs in Crab Processing in Kedalon Batangan Pati Village. Research subjects are employees of SMEs Ranjungan Pati. The population in this study were 100 employees with the sampling technique used was the Census Sampling technique and only 65 people were used as the subject of observation through interviews. The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that worklife balance has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and extrinsic motivation has a significant and significant effect on employee performance.
