<![CDATA[Abstrak Daya saing kompetisi saat ini sangatlah tinggi. Dalam menghadapi suatu kompetisi perlu adanya kemampuan untuk berubah. Pembelajaran organisasional menjadi salah satu bentuk faktor dalam menghadapi kompetisi yang ada. Dengan dua indikator dari kelima yang dimilikinya, yakni model mental dan berpikir sistem memiliki peranan positif terhadap kompetensi profesional. Dimasa saat ini, kompetensi profesional menjadi penentu dalam persaingan atau kompetisi. Semakin baik kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki oleh karyawan didalamnya, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kompetisi yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berfokus pada empat perusahaan IT di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah respon sebanyak 53 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yakni teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 53 responden menunjukkan bahwa model mental dan berpikir system memiliki peranan yang positif dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional karyawan dalam menghadapi kompetisi yang ada. In facing a competition, it is necessary to have the ability to change. organizational learning is one of the factors in facing existing competition. With two indicators out of the five it has, namely the mental model dan system thinking, it has a positive role on professional competence. In the current era, professional competence is decisive in competition or competition. The better the professional competence possessed by the employees in it, the higher the level of competition they face. This research uses quantitative methods. Focusing on four IT companies in Semarang City with a total response rate of 53 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique.
