<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan dan proses seleksi sistem rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Lind's Ice Cream Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur data. subjek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Lind’s cabang semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 orang karyawan dengan teknik convenience sampling dan hanya 44 orang yang dijadikan subjek observasi. data diperoleh lalu diolah menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kelompok kami dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses seleksi dan sistem recuitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of planning and selection process of the recuitment system on employee performance of the employees of Lind's Ice Cream Semarang. This research uses quantitative and descriptive methods using a questionnaire as a means of measuring data. Research subjects are all employees of Lind’s Semarang branch. The population in this study were 53 employees with convenience sampling technique and only 44 people were the subject of observation. The data is obtained and then processed using SPSS tools. Based on the results of our group research it can be concluded that the selection process and the recuitment system have a significant effect on employee performance.]]>
