<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence the level of consumer satisfaction with Minarko Padang noodles. A total of 100 respondents were part of this study, using a purposive sampling method which considered respondents who were at least 18 years old, lived in the city of Padang, and had bought Minarko noodles at least 2 times in the last 6 months. The analysis was performed using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results showed that product quality, price, and promotion variables had a positive influence on consumer satisfaction. However, the packaging variable does not have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction. Of all the variables studied, price is the variable that has the most influence on consumer satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap mie Minarko Padang. Sebanyak 100 responden menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang mempertimbangkan responden yang berusia minimal 18 tahun, tinggal di kota Padang, dan telah membeli mie Minarko minimal 2 kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun, variabel kemasan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari semua variabel yang diteliti, harga adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.]]>
