Abstract

ABSTRACT                The Emergency Department (IGD) is a hospital storefront that ensures patient satisfaction. Emergency service actions by providing fast and precise assistance for patient safety by requiring standards in accordance with the competence and ability of a person who can stabilize immediate treatment. From the results of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) on patient satisfaction services at the Emergency Department of Dr. Abdul Aziz Hospital in 2021, the service quality value is 83.80% (good) of the respondents' results obtained. Medical Record Data shows that service visits in the Emergency Department in 2022 from January - September obtained a total of 8619 patients, with 6092 patients treated, 28 referred patients, 2183 recovered patients, 68 dead patients, 206 people for discharge patients at their own request,  For patients who died on the street as many as 42 people. Knowing the relationship between student attitudes and patient satisfaction levels. Type of quantitative research. using survey method  with cross sectional approach. The samples used were 50 samples of emergency department patients. at RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang. Data collection using questionnaire Journal of the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University, Semarang in 2015, the name of  the Shieffield Peer Review Assessment (SPRAT) measuring instrument. Based on  the chi square test,  it is known that  the p value  is 0.020, where the value is smaller than the error rate (5%) (0.020<0.05). This shows that the attitude of nursing clinical practice students is related to the level of patient satisfaction at the Emergency Department of RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz. In this study the attitude of nursing clinical practice students can affect the level of patient satisfaction.Keywords : Patient Satisfaction, Nursing Clinical Practice, IGD, HospitalABSTRAK                 Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan etalase rumah sakit yang menjamin kepuasan pasien. Tindakan pelayanan Gawat Darurat dengan memberikan pertolongan cepat dan tepat untuk keselamatan pasien dengan memerlukan standar sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kemampuan suatu yang bisa menstabilkan penanganan segera. Dari hasil Survey Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) terhadap pelayanan kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz tahun 2021 yaitu dengan nilai mutu pelayanan adalah 83.80% (baik) dari hasil responden yang didapatkan. Data Rekam Medis menunjukkan kunjungan pelayanan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat pada tahun 2022 dari bulan Januari - September di dapatkan jumlah data total pasien sebanyak 8619 orang, dengan pasien di rawat sebanyak 6092 orang, pasien di rujuk sebanyak 28 orang, pasien sembuh sebanyak 2183 orang, untuk pasien meninggal sebanyak 68 orang, untuk pasien pulang atas permintaan sendiri sebanyak 206 orang, untuk pasien meninggal dijalan sebanyak 42 orang. Mengetahui hubungan sikap mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 sampel pasien instalasi gawat darurat. di RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner Jurnal Jurusan Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro Semarang Tahun 2015, Nama Alat Ukur Shieffield Peer Review Assessment (SPRAT). Berdasarkan uji chi square diketahui bahwa nilai p value sebesar 0,020, di mana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari tingkat kesalahan (5%) (0,020<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz. Dalam penelitian ini sikap mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan dapat berpengaruh  dengan tingkat kepuasan pasienKata Kunci : Kepuasan Pasien, Praktik Klinik Keperawatan, IGD, Rumah Sakit
