Kebutuhan akan sandal sebagai alas kaki semakin bertambah, oleh karena itu industri kecil dituntut untuk bisa memproduksi sandal dalam jumlah yang banyak setiap minggunya. Dan untuk bisa bersaing dengan produk sandal yang lain maka produsen sandal harus membuat produk sandal yang berkualitas. Proses produksi sandal terdiri dari pemotongan spon sandal (Ethylene Vinyl Asetat) sesuai bentuk dan ukuran yang diinginkan, tali ikat sandal, proses pengecapan atau hot embossing pada permukaan sandal, dan finishing. Dari rangkaian proses, hot embossing sangat menentukan kualitas sandal, namun hingga sampai saat ini proses embossing yang dilakukan masih menggunakan alat manual sehingga tidak memberikan hasil yang baik dan seragam. Namun dengan menggunakan mesin hot embossing ini produsen dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksinya. Dari analisa dan kesimpulan hasil percobaan pada spon Ethylene Vinyl Asetat dengan tebal 10 mm didapatkan hasil yang bagus pada temperatur pemanasan 80oC pada waktu penahanan 10 detik dengan tekanan 7 bar/ 7.105 Pa

Akibat keausan yang terjadi pada impeller pompa, maka kapasitas pompa akan turun. Hal ini disebabkanÂ karena air yang kembali ke saluran hisap semakin banyak. Berkurangnya kapasitas ini menyebabkan turunnya efisiensi pompa karena kapasitasnya turun sedang daya penggeraknya tetap. Turunnya kapasitas dan efisiensi tersebut dapat dikurangi dengan cara memasang Jet-pump pada saluran hisapnya, sebab dengan adanya Jet-pump jumlah air yang kembali ke saluran hisap semakin kecil.Â Untuk membuktikannya maka dilakukan pengujian karakteristik pompa tanpa Jet-pump dan dengan Jet-pump, kemudian dibandingkan hasil kedua pengujian tersebut. Juga untuk mengkaji perubahan kapasitas terhadap : head efektif , break horse power, water horse power, efisiensi dan NPSH. Kapasitas dan Efisiensi pompa dengan Jet-pump lebih besar dari pada pompa tanpa Jet-pump. Kapasitas yang bisa dicapai tanpa Jet-pump sebesar 1,1481 liter/det , setelah dipasang Jet-pump kapasitasnya naik menjadi 1,2501 liter/det, demikian juga efisiensinya naik dari 30,47 % menjadi 32,03 %. Parameter yang lain juga naik, seperti : WHP naik dari 0,039 HP menjadi 0,041 HP,Â Head efektif naik dari 1,64 meter menjadi 1,75 meter

Penelitian ini berisi tentang analisis isi kualitatif komentar netizen di kolom komentar channel atau kanal YouTube MotoGP Trans7 Official yang menayangkan gelaran MotoGP 2022 di sirkuit Mandalika yang disajikan oleh Trans7 selaku official television. Penelitian ini dititik beratkan pada momentum munculnya pawang hujan bernama Rara Isti Wulandari saat prosesi penghentian hujan yang ditayangkan di kanal YouTube MotoGP Trans7 sebagai obyek penelitian. Penelitian dinilai penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui opini publik atau pendapat netizen pada momentum tersebut, sejalan dengan tujuan analisis isi yakni diantaranya melihat isi media yang tersurat, perhatian media terhadap isu, tokoh, kelengkapan informasi, termasuk berbagai pendapat yang dilontarkan oleh netizen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis isi kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Ini adalah proses memadatkan data tekstual yang kompleks dan membangun makna dari data melalui tema atau kategori yang muncul. Data diolah dengan menggunakan NVivo12 Plus 12 Plus untuk membantu menemukan tema-tema isi komentar netizen, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini muncul lima (5) tema besar teratas yaitu bangga budaya Indonesia, menghormati keberagaman adat atau kearifan lokal, mengapresiasi keunikan acara, merasa terhibur, mengungkapkan sinisme maupun rasa suka. Komentar netizen yang sering mengemuka adalah tema “bangga akan budaya bangsa Indonesia”. Dimana netizen serempak sepakat dalam berbagai ungkapan kalimat bahwa peristiwa munculnya pawang hujan menambah kecintaannya kepada adat, budaya dan kearifan lokal yang ada di Indonesia.

The original concept of internal marketing focused on providing internal products (jobs) to meet the needs of vital internal markets (employees) as well as meeting organizational needs. The marketing field still lacks knowledge on how to create and sustain internal marketing missions and goals, such as the formation of a collective mind, the alignment between employees and organizational goals, and the emergence of a positive place culture; the purpose of this study is to explore how brand community activities and internal marketing are ideally executed as a form of playing out marketing activities in expressing custom cultural reproduction. This study conducts a qualitative study of the annual routine birthday celebrations of a custom cultural community. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, supplemented by community documents and field observations. The findings of this study reveal that the success of the event is well managed to reproduce voluntary custom culture by emphasizing local wisdom norms, values and beliefs based on community event objectives. The implication for managing brand community events with the aim of building a custom community culture is more emphasis is placed on the symbolism of the sales promotion aspect of an event and providing custom community activists experience in managing a brand community event. This study shows that external marketing in managing events can create internal marketing strengths in carrying out marketing practices with local wisdom nuances.

The different types of implicit reviews should be well understood so that the developed extraction technique can solve all problems in implicit reviews and produce precise terms of aspects and opinions. We propose an aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) method with natural language understanding for implicit reviews based on sentence and word structure. We built a text extraction method using a machine learning algorithm rule with a deep understanding of different types of sentences and words. Furthermore, the aspect category of each review is determined by measuring the word similarity between the aspect terms contained in each review and aspect keywords extracted from Wikipedia. Bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) embedding and semantic similarity are used to measure the word similarity value. Moreover, the proposed ABSA method uses BERT, a hybrid lexicon, and manual weighting of opinion terms. The purpose of the hybrid lexicon and the manual weighting of opinion terms is to update the existing lexicon and solve the problem of weighting words and phrases of opinion terms. The evaluation results were very good, with average F1-scores of 93.84% for aspect categorization and 92.42% for ABSA.

Luka pasca operasi dapat berisiko mengalami infeksi apabila perawatan luka yang dilakukan kurang tepat. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan keperawatan perioperatif dengan penggunaan transparan film dressing dalam pencegahan resiko infeksi luka post operasi Sectio Caesarea (SC) di Ruang Mawar RSUD dr. Rubini Mempawah. Karya ilmiah ini berbentuk deskriptif dengan studi kasus melalui proses keperawatan yang terdiri dari pengkajian, analisa data, penegakan Diagnosis, implementasi perawatan luka dengan inovasi Transparent Film Dressing pada pasien post SC di ruang mawar RSUD dr. Rubini Mempawah dan evaluasi dilihat proses penyembuhan luka di hari pertama hingga hari ke tiga pasien dirawat. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan kasus selama tiga hari tidak ditemukan adanya tanda-tanda infeksi pada luka pasca operasi. Luka tampak bersih dan kering. Hasil penilaian Southampton Wound Assessment Scale adalah 0 yang artinya penyembuhan normal. Kesimpulan, transparent film dressing dapat membantu mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka pasca operasi karena meminimalkan kontak luka dengan lingkungan luar setiap hari yang dapat menyebabkan risiko infeksi. Transparent film dressing dapat menjadi pilihan yang efektif dan efisien biaya karena balutan lebih tahan lama dan lebih mudah dimonitoring karena bersifat transparan.

This study aims to find out empirically how the elements or factors of intangible assets, company size, funding decisions and profitability on increasing firm value. The presence of company value is very important because it is a good and bad picture of the state of a company and can be considered by potential investors before investing their funds in one company. The better to produce good company value, it is important for companies to explore possible fundamental factors that will have an impact on company value. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria obtained 9 companies. The method used in analyzing the data is using panel data regression with the help of Eviews version 9 which includes: descriptive statistics, model feasibility test, Chow test, Hausman test, Langrange multiplier test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially intangible assets and profitability have a significant effect on firm value, while firm size, funding decisions have no significant effect on profit growth.

Agricultural technology with a hydroponic system provides an alternative for farmers and communities who have limited land. This research aims to make innovations with a hydroponic monitoring system that can be done remotely via the internet that combines 2 systems, namely horizontal technique and nutrient film technique (NFT). The sample used in this study was curly mustard seeds. To combine the 2 systems, researchers designed a hydroponic prototype system using internet of things (IoT) in the form of smart hydroponics in the Blynk application. This research uses literature studies for research reference and flowcharts to regulate the flow of the program to be researched. The results showed that by using the IoT and the Blynk application, owners can monitor the nutrient content and pH of curly mustard greens remotely. The system automatically controls nutrients and pH according to the desired settings. In the growth control system of mustard curly, the use of smart hydroponics is proven to be better. Harvestable plants at the age of 34 days. Unlike the conventional system, the harvest period is at the age of 40–45 days. Therefore, smart hydroponics is more efficient because it shortens the harvesting time and saves labor.

ABSTRACT The Emergency Department is the entrance to the hospital where all patient services start here. Adverse Events (AE) are of particular concern at this time. From January to September, RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz in 2022 already has 12 reports. One of the shapers of patient safety was the Patient Safety Culture (PSC) where this PSC consists of twelve mutually sustainable dimensions. Through this research, it can be the basis for the development of patient safety in a better direction by knowing the relationship between patient safety culture (PSC) and Adverse Events (AE) in the emergency room (ER). This research design was in the form of observational analytic cross-sectional with quantitative methods. The study used the Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire instrument from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The total sample was 18 nurses with the Total Sampling technique. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) was processed through SPSS 25. From this study, the results were obtained that the Patient Safety Culture in the Emergency Department nurses of dr Abdul Aziz Hospital was positive at 83.94%, and the nurses’ experience about adverse events (AE) was low at 29.3%. The relationship between PSC and Nurses’ Experience About Adverse Events (AE) was significant, with a p-value of 0.029 >0.05 and an rvalue = -0.514 with a negative correlation direction and variable contribution of 26.41%. There was a significant influence related to patient safety culture (PSC) with nurses’ experience about adverse events (AE) at the emergency department (ER) of RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang in 2023Keywords : Patient Safety Culture, Nurses’ Experience, Adverse Events, Emergency Department ABSTRAK Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan pintu masuk rumah sakit dimana semua pelayanan pasien bermula disini. Insiden keselamatan pasien menjadi perhatian khusus saat ini. RSUD Abdul Aziz sendiri pada tahun 2022 dari bulan Januari sampai September sudah memiliki 12 laporan. Salah satu pembentuk dari keselamatan pasien adalah Patient Safety Culture (PSC) dimana PSC ini terdiri dari duabelas dimensi yang saling berkesinambungan. Melalui penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan keselamatan pasien kearah yang lebih baik dengan mengetahui hubungan hubungan patient safety culture (PSC) dengan insiden keselamatan pasien di instalasi gawat darurat (IGD). Desain penelitian ini berupa observasional analytic crosssectional dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesionse Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) dari Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) untuk pengukuran Patient Safety Culture dan kuesioner dari Hilda et.al, 2018. Total sampel sebanyak 18 orang perawat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment (PPM) yang diolah melalui SPSS 25. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil yaitu Patient Safety Culture pada perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz bernilai positif yaitu 83.94% dan Insiden Keselamatan Pasien rendah 29.3%. Hubungan antara PSC dan IKP signifikan dengan nilai p-value 0.029>0.05 dan nilai r = -0.514 dengan arah korelasi negatif serta kontribusi variabel sebesar 26.41%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terkait Patient Safety Culture (PSC) dengan insiden keselamatan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang tahun 2023

ABSTRACT The Emergency Department (IGD) is a hospital storefront that ensures patient satisfaction. Emergency service actions by providing fast and precise assistance for patient safety by requiring standards in accordance with the competence and ability of a person who can stabilize immediate treatment. From the results of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) on patient satisfaction services at the Emergency Department of Dr. Abdul Aziz Hospital in 2021, the service quality value is 83.80% (good) of the respondents' results obtained. Medical Record Data shows that service visits in the Emergency Department in 2022 from January - September obtained a total of 8619 patients, with 6092 patients treated, 28 referred patients, 2183 recovered patients, 68 dead patients, 206 people for discharge patients at their own request, For patients who died on the street as many as 42 people. Knowing the relationship between student attitudes and patient satisfaction levels. Type of quantitative research. using survey method with cross sectional approach. The samples used were 50 samples of emergency department patients. at RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang. Data collection using questionnaire Journal of the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University, Semarang in 2015, the name of the Shieffield Peer Review Assessment (SPRAT) measuring instrument. Based on the chi square test, it is known that the p value is 0.020, where the value is smaller than the error rate (5%) (0.020<0.05). This shows that the attitude of nursing clinical practice students is related to the level of patient satisfaction at the Emergency Department of RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz. Dari hasil Survey Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) terhadap pelayanan kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz tahun 2021 yaitu dengan nilai mutu pelayanan adalah 83.80% (baik) dari hasil responden yang didapatkan. Data Rekam Medis menunjukkan kunjungan pelayanan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat pada tahun 2022 dari bulan Januari - September di dapatkan jumlah data total pasien sebanyak 8619 orang, dengan pasien di rawat sebanyak 6092 orang, pasien di rujuk sebanyak 28 orang, pasien sembuh sebanyak 2183 orang, untuk pasien meninggal sebanyak 68 orang, untuk pasien pulang atas permintaan sendiri sebanyak 206 orang, untuk pasien meninggal dijalan sebanyak 42 orang. Mengetahui hubungan sikap mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 sampel pasien instalasi gawat darurat. di RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner Jurnal Jurusan Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro Semarang Tahun 2015, Nama Alat Ukur Shieffield Peer Review Assessment (SPRAT). Berdasarkan uji chi square diketahui bahwa nilai p value sebesar 0,020, di mana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari tingkat kesalahan (5%) (0,020<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz.
