This study aimed to know and prove that there is a link between job satisfaction with employee performance in CV.Multikom Palembang. This research is useful for employee performance increases, CV.Multikom leadership can know the wishes of its employees and can improve the working system going forward. Primary data is collected through questionnaires and direct interviews of employees, and for secondary data is done through the collection of company archives and existing literature data.
