This study aims to describe the construction of the kafalah contract in Islamic banking using the secondary method.Through an in-depth study of related literature and documents, this study explores various aspects of the kafalah contract construction, including the object of the guarantee, the conditions that must be met, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved. This method involves using existing data. Existing data is summarized and structured to increase overall research effectiveness. This data is used to support the primary information that has been obtained, namely from library materials, literature, previous research, the internet and so on.The results of this study indicate that several things have happened: in the guarantee mechanism there are 3 (three) parties involved, namely the bank as guarantor, guarantor (customer requesting guarantee), and guarantee recipient
