In this context, the istishna contract, a form of sale and purchase agreement in which the seller will produce or acquire goods according to the specifications determined by the buyer, becomes increasingly relevant. However, there is still a need to understand more about the effectiveness of the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions and the factors that affect it. This research aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions and identify the factors that influence it. In addition, this research also aims to investigate the effect of istishna contracts on consumer satisfaction in online buying and selling transactions. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies and interviews with related parties. Data analysis is carried out through content analysis techniques to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of istishna contracts in online buying and selling transactions. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions.
