<![CDATA[This research was carried out against the background of the minimal use of media during the teaching and learning process. The use of media during learning can have a positive effect and provide good learning outcomes for students. With the use of media, the teaching and learning process is more planned. The media used in this study is the Algebrator Application. This Algebrator application is one of the Technology-based media that can be used as a solution to increase the level of creativity of students to get good learning results. This research was conducted at Angkola Selatan 1 Public Middle School, and the samples in this study were class VIII 1 as the experimental class and VIII 2 as the control class. The conclusions obtained in this study are in the form of the average score in the experimental class and the average value of the control class. The average score in the experimental class in this study was 70.22 and that of the control class was 56.70. The score in the Experiment class is greater than the control class. So that it can be concluded that there is an effect of using algebrator software on the learning outcomes of students in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Angkola Selatan Keywords–Software Algebrator , Student Learning outcomes , Junior High School, The System of Linear Equations in Two Variables]]>
