<![CDATA[One of the industries that need attention from the government in its development is a small-scale agro-industries that exist in an area. Agroindustry is the business of processing raw materials into finished products or semi-finished products. Agro-industry is a part of the subsystem agribusiness activities can provide and increase the added value of an agricultural product. This study aimed to analyze the value added and profit agroindustry tempeh chips in Desa Buluh Anthology Seberida District of Indragiri Hulu. The study was conducted in April-May 2014 using census method in 3 tempeh chips agro-industry entrepreneurs in Buluh Village Potpourri Seberida Indragiri Hulu subdistrict. Analysis of data using value-added analysis. The results of this study indicate processing tempeh chips through the stages of making tempe soybean, soybean processing into chips tempe up to the packaging process. Entrepreneurs produce chips tempeh every day. The highest added value obtained Employers 1 with a value of Rp.47.824,81 / kg tempe tempeh processed into chips. Gains derived businessman 1 amounted Rp.44.645,43 / kg tempeh chips.
