<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that influence farmers’ behavior towards the risk of white jasmine flower production. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total sample of 30 white jasmine flower growers. This research was conducted in Depok Village, Kandeman District, Batang Regency, which is an area that produces the highest white jasmine flower production in Central Java. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that together all independent variables influenced farmers’ behavior towards the risk of white jasmine flower production with an F calculated value of 14,593 > F table value of 2,60. However, based on the results of the t test (partial test), the factors that influence farmer behavior towards the risk of white jasmine flower production are the age factor with t count 3,983 > t table (2,064), the length of education factor with t count -3,931 > t table (2,064), the total factor of farmer family members with a t count value -4,029 > t table (2,064) and a factor of farming experience with a t count value -7,494 > t table (2,064), while the land area factor does not partially affect farmer behavior on the risk of white jasmine flower production because the t value is 1,866 < t table (2,064). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,752, meaning that 75,2% of changes in the independent variables affect changes in the dependent variable, while the rest are influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 petani bunga melati putih. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Depok, Kecamatan Kandeman, Kabupaten Batang yang merupakan daerah penghasil produksi bunga melati putih tertinggi di Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel independen memengaruhi perilaku petani terhadap risiko produksi bunga melati putih dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 14,593 > nilai F tabel yaitu 2,60. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan hasil uji t (uji parsial), faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku petani terhadap risiko produksi bunga melati putih adalah faktor umur dengan nilai t hitung 3,983 > t tabel (2,064), faktor lama pendidikan dengan nilai t hitung -3,931 > t tabel (2,064), faktor total anggota keluarga petani dengan nilai t hitung -4,029 > t tabel (2,064) dan faktor pengalaman usahatani dengan nilai t hitung -7,494 > t tabel (2,064), sedangkan faktor luas lahan secara parsial tidak memengaruhi perilaku petani terhadap risiko produksi bunga melati putih karena nilai t hitungnya 1,866 < t tabel (2,064). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,752, artinya 75,2% perubahan variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap perubahan variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
