Abstract

Abstract — This final project aims to designed and implemented a simple digital oscilloscope capable of measuring the AC / DC voltage in the range of −20 V to +20 V and a frequency in the range of 0 Hz to 20,000 Hz, using AVR ATmega644, 128 × 64-pixel monochrome LCD, ADC0820 and some other components by prioritizing portability properties. Based on the measurement comparison performed between oscilloscope that has been made with a reliable measurement instrument showed that the average difference in measurement is varies. The smallest average difference in voltage measurements is 0.0056 V and the largest value is 0.2344 Vpp for frequency measurements the smallest average difference is 1.833 Hz and the largest is 9.578 Hz. From the paired t-test analysis with a significance level = 0.01 (confidence level 99%) indicate that the measurement of oscilloscopes that has been made is not differ significantly from the comparative measurement tool.Keywords — ATmega644, AVR, Oscilloscope, Portable Abstrak — Tugas akhir ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah osiloskop digital sederhana yang mampu mengukur tegangan AC/DC pada kisaran −20 V sampai +20 V dan frekuensi pada kisaran 0 Hz sampai 20.000 Hz, dengan menggunakan MCU AVR ATmega644, LCD monochrome beresolusi 128 × 64 pixel, ADC0820 dan beberapa komponen lainnya dengan mengutamakan sifat portabelitas. Berdasarkan perbandingan pengukuran yang dilakukan antara osiloskop yang dibuat dengan alat ukur pembanding yang reliable didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata selisih pengukurannya bervariasi. Rata-rata selisih pengukuran tegangan yang terkecil adalah 0,0056 V dan yang terbesar adalah 0,2344 Vpp, sementara untuk pengukuran frekuensi rata-rata selisih pengukuran yang terkecil adalah 1,833 Hz dan terbesar 9,578 Hz. Dari analisis uji-t berpasangan dengan tingkat signifikansi = 0,01 (confidence level 99%) menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengukuran dari osiloskop yang dibuat tidak berbeda secara signifikan dengan alat ukur pembanding yang digunakan.Kata kunci — ATmega644, AVR, Osiloskop, Portable
