<![CDATA[Aspects of Islamic Studies in The Archipelago Step onto The Civilization. This paper is an overview of an era of Islamic influence in the archipelago, an age range that marks one of the cultural changes in the archipelago. The purpose of this review is to find a tentative framework that can be used to reveal aspects that are expected to be discussed in archaeological research. These aspects are, Islamic diaspora, sultanate state, commercial networks, settlements and urban, production and technology, literacy and religion, customs and arts. The use of tekstul materials is a part to understand the fragmented archaeological data from this era. The uses of tekstul materials is a part to understand the fragmented of archaeological data of this period. The literature and case studies that are relevant to this topic is used in this paper. Tulisan ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan atas zaman pengaruh Islam di Nusantara, sebuah rentang zaman yang menandai salah satu perubahan budaya di Nusantara. Maksud dari tinjauan ini adalah menemukan sebuah kerangka tentatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengungkap aspek-aspek yang diharapkan dapat diajukan dalam penelitian arkeologi. Aspek-aspek yang dimaksud antara lain diaspora Islam, negeri kesultanan, jaringan perniagaan, permukiman dan perkotaan, teknologi dan produksi, literasi dan keagamaan, dan kesenian.
