Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions on Indomaret services in the South Tangerang region. Respondents in this study are individuals who have made transactions in Indomaret. Data analysis was performed through multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 25 software. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. Sampling using the non-probability sampling method is the selection of samples based on certain criteria or considerations. The results showed that the quality of service and price each have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
