Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. This research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are employees of PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik, totaling 103. The samples in the study were all respondents using saturated sampling techniques and data analysis techniques used, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, R2 coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. Based on the results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. The results of the study show that there is a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik is organizational commitment. Sampel pada penelitian seluruh responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R2, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik yaitu komitmen organisasi.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan
