The aim of this research is to determine the influence of career development, work environment, work life balance on intention turnover in the millennial generation with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Badung district. The population of this study is the entire millennial generation in Badung Regency with an age range of 27-42 years, totaling 154 millennial generation people who have worked in Badung Regency. The technique used in taking samples for this research is nonprobability sampling. The number of samples determined was 110 people. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Analysis. The results of the analysis show that career development, work environment, and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the subsequent analysis show that career development, work environment, and work life balance are negative and significant on turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of career development, work environment and work life balance on turnover intention
