This study was aimed at finding out biology teachers performance who have been certifiedand which biology teacher are not certied in senior high school / level at Tambusai year oflearning 2015/2016. This study was descriptive research. Writer took the whole of populationwere consisted fourteen teacher. The sample technique that writer used is surfeited samplemeans that the technique all of population in order to sample. Based on the result that hasbeen done, it can be concluded that performance biology teachers who have been certified insenior high school / level at Tambusai had implementation very well with the average scorewas 97,22%. While biology teachers are not certified in senior high school/ level at Tambusaigot the average score was 91,66% by criteria is very well.Keywords: Performance, Certified, Teacher Biology.
