<![CDATA[Latar belakang: pemanfaatan Posbindu Penyakit Tidak Menular di Desa Mantuyan masih sangat kurang. Jumlah kunjungan Posbindu penyakit tidak menular di tahun 2022 sebanyak 302 orang (40%). Sehingga sekitar 60% penduduk Desa Mantuyan belum memanfaatkan fasilitas Posbindu penyakit tidak menular. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pos pembinaan terpadu penyakit tidak menular Desa Mantuyan Kecamatan Halong. Subyek dan metode: penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dan menggunakan uji chi-square. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 92 responden dengan teknik sampling Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden 57,6% tidak memanfaatkan Posbindu penyakit tidak menular, pengetahuan masyarakat maayoritas baik sebanyak (54,3%), sebagian besar sikap masyarakat positif sebanyak (59,8%) dan aksesbilitas masyarakat akan memanfaatkan Posbindu mayoritas jauh sebanyak (52,2%). Hasil analisis statistik disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (p=0,002), sikap (p= 0,026) dan aksesbilitas (p=0,041) dengan pemanfaatan pos pembinaan terpadu penyakit tidak menular.
