Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran citra merek memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Denpasar pada 100 orang responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Jenar di Kota Denpasar. Hal ini berarti semakin baik kualitas produk yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan maka semakin kuat keputusan pembelian yang dihasilkan oleh konsumen. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek pada Kedai Kopi Jenar di Kota Denpasar. Hal ini berarti semakin baik kualitas produk yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan maka semakin baik pula citra merek yang dihasilkan perusahaan dibenak konsumen. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Jenar di Kota Denpasar. Hal ini berarti ketika perusahaan mampu mengkreasi citra merek dengan baik maka semakin yakin keputusan pembelian yang dihasilkan konsumen. Citra merek mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Jenar di Kota Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand image in mediating the effect of product quality on coffee purchasing decisions. The research location was conducted in Denpasar City on 100 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Jenar Coffee Shop in Denpasar City. This means that the better the quality of the products owned by the company, the stronger the purchasing decisions made by consumers. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image at the Jenar Coffee Shop in Denpasar City. This means that the better the quality of the products owned by the company, the better the brand image produced by the company in the minds of consumers. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Jenar Coffee Shop in Denpasar City. This means that when the company is able to create a good brand image, the more confident the consumer's purchasing decisions will be. Brand image is able to fully mediate the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at Jenar Coffee Shop in Denpasar City.
