Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pihak untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran self-efficacy dalam memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 35 orang karyawan LPD Desa Pakraman Padangsamian dan menggunakan eknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara serta kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), uji asumsi klasik, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, self-efficacy berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teori kognitif sosial, khususnya pada pihak LPD Desa Pakraman Padangsambian untuk lebih memperhatikan tingkat self-efficacy karyawan dan program pelatihan yang diberikan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Employee performance is an important thing that needs to be considered by the institution in order to realize its goals. This study aims to analyze the role of selfefficacy in mediating the effect of training on employee performance. The samples taken were 35 employees of the LPD Desa Pakraman Padangsambian and used the saturated sample technique. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are path analysis, classic assumption test, and Sobel test. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy played a role in mediating the effect of training on employee performance. The results of this study provide the impact of social cognitive theory, especially on the part of the LPD Desa Pakraman Padangsambian to pay more attention to the level of self-efficacy of employees and the training programs provided in order to improve the performance of their employees.
