Abstract

Karyawan merupakan aset pentintuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan, perilaku inovatif, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja.. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bumbu Bali Restoran. Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 35 orang karyawan dengan metode sampling jenuh. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran data skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Pemberdayaan memberi kontribusi dalam keberhasilan perusahaan. Memiliki perilaku inovatif juga merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengembangkan inovasi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Disamping itu produktivitas dapat ditingkatkan dengan diberikannya dorongan yang mampu memotivasi kerja karyawan. Karyawan hendaknya selalu diberikan kepercayaan, cara cara baru dalam proses bekerja dan senantiasa didukung fasilitas dan perlengkapan kerja untuk meningkatkan produktifitas

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang e-servie quality, utilitarian value, promosi penjualan, kepuasan konsumen, dan niat menggunakan kembali jasa pesan-antar makanan secara online di Kota Denpasar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen jasa pesan-antar makanan online di Kota Denpasar. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 210 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality dari jasa pesan antar makanan secara online di Kota Denpasar dinilai sudah sangat baik oleh konsumennya. Utilitarian value yang dirasakan konsumen termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, promosi penjualan juga dinilai sangat tinggi, dan kepuasan konsumen adalah sangat tinggi, serta niat menggunakan kembali jasa pesan antar makanan online termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu penting bagi penyedia jasa pesan-antar makanan online untuk mempertahankan e-service quality pada kategori sangat baik, utilitarian value, dan promosi penjualannya pada kategori sangat tinggi dalam rangka mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen yang sangat tinggi dan niat menggunakan kembali jasa pesan antar makanan secara online yang sangat tinggi di Kota Denpasar

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, dan kualitas desain mobile app terhadap perceived flow (persepsi pengalaman) dan niat untuk terus menggunakan.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan e-commerce di Bali yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 180 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan, sedangkan persepsi kemanfaatan dan kualitas desain mobile app berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kualitas desain mobile app berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap persepsi pengalaman, serta persepsi pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan. Oleh karena itu penting bagi e-commerce di Bali untuk selalu memperhatikan persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kualitas desai mobile app dalam rangka meningkatkan persepsi pengalaman dan niat untuk terus menggunakan.

Abstract

The business world in the service sector, such as hospitals, is experiencing competition in providing health services to its patients. This study aims to analyze the role of work stress in mediating the influence of workload on job satisfaction among nurses at RSU Prima Medika. This study used a sample of 117 nurses using the proportionate random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with questionnaire and interview techniques. The collected data was then analyzed using path analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, and mediation role testing. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress mediates partially (competitive partial mediation) the effect of workload on job satisfaction. The results of this research can contribute to the two-factor theory and be a consideration for RSU Prima Medika in increasing the job satisfaction of its nurses.

Abstract

Loyalty is a manifestation that is reflected in the attitudes and behavior of employees. Employees who have loyalty will seriously carry out their work and always correct the mistakes they make in their work. This research aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of compensation on loyalty. This research was conducted at Autotama Bali. The population in this study were 43 employees of the Autotama Bali mechanical division. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sampling technique with 43 respondents as the sample. Data collection methods in this research used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis techniques used are path analysis, classical assumption test, and Sobel test. The results of this research show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on loyalty, rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, job satisfaction mediates the effect of rewards on loyalty. The implication of this research is to provide additional evidence of justice theory and its relationship with research variables, and become a consideration for Autotama Bali in increasing employee loyalty.

Abstract

Job satisfaction comes because someone feels a good feeling from a job evaluation and also the characteristics related to job satisfaction itself. Thus the company must know what things will affect the job satisfaction of its employees. This study aims to determine job stress on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable in employees of Bebek Uma Sari Resto, Singapadu Gianyar. This research was conducted at Bebek Uma Sari Resto, Singapadu Gianyar with a total sample of 50 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study is saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Instrument test used is validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, and sobel tests. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction in employees of Bebek Uma Sari Resto, Singapadu Gianyar. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on work motivation in employees of Bebek Uma Sari Resto, Singapadu Gianyar. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in employees of Bebek Uma Sari Resto, Singapadu Gianyar, and work motivation is a mediating variable between work stress and job satisfaction in employees of Bebek Uma Sari Resto.

Abstract

The behavior demanded by organizations today includes not only in-role behavior, which involves performing tasks according to job descriptions, but also extra-role behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is essential to address the various challenges posed by organizational changes, particularly in the context of bureaucratic reform processes. Moreover, the increasing diversity of demands in the public service sector has become a growing professional responsibility for employees. This study aims to explore and explain the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in Denpasar City. A preliminary survey indicated the presence of issues related to organizational citizenship behavior at the study site. The sample for this research consisted of 53 employees, selected using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques employed included path analysis using SPSS, the Sobel test, and the Variance Accounted For (VAF) test. The findings of this study reveal that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, perceived organizational support positively and significantly affects organizational commitment, and organizational commitment positively and significantly influences organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, organizational commitment effectively mediates the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of motivation on employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel. This study is based on motivation theory as a conceptual foundation. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, resulting in a total of 84 respondents. The analytical techniques employed include path analysis, classical assumption tests, Sobel test, and VAF test. The findings indicate that motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel; motivation also positively and significantly affects job satisfaction at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel; job satisfaction positively and significantly influences employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel; and job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between motivation and employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel.

Abstract

Employee well-being is a feeling of being appreciated by the company for their contribution which can increase employee dedication and performance. This study is to examine how employee engagement mediates the impact of perceived organizational support on employee well-being. 53 employees participated in the study, which was carried out at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga using the census method. Data was gathered by means of surveys and interviews. Path analysis using SPSS version 25.0 was the data analysis method employed. The study's findings suggest that employee well-being is positively and significantly impacted by perceived organizational support. Employee well-being is positively and significantly impacted by employee engagement. Employee engagement is positively and significantly impacted by perceived organizational support. The relationship between perceived organizational support and employee well-being is somewhat mediated by employee engagement. This study strengthens Social Exchange Theory and can be an evaluation material for PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in overcoming employee well-being problems.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to elucidate the mediating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between e-service quality, utilitarian value, sales promotion, and the intention to reuse online food delivery services. The research population comprises individuals who utilize online meal delivery services in Denpasar City, with an undisclosed quantity. A purposive sampling strategy was employed to select a sample size of 210 individuals. The employed analytical methodology involves the utilization of Path Analysis through Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings of the study indicate that e-service quality, utilitarian value, and sales promotions exert a favorable and statistically significant impact on both consumer happiness and the desire to reuse online food delivery services. Similarly, it may be observed that satisfaction plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between e-service quality, utilitarian value, sales promotion, and reuse intentions. Hence, it is essential for service providers to continually enhance the quality of e-service quality, utilitarian value, and sales promotions to augment consumer satisfaction and foster the intention to reuse online meal delivery services.
