<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Efektifitas Pemungutan Suara ulang (PSU) dalam Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) dalam Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris mengkaji perundang-undangan, asas-asas hukum maupun doktrin hukum yang relevan dengan dengan topik yang dibahas dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis adalah mengkaji faktor-faktor di masyarakat yang mempengaruhi efektifitas Pemungutan suara Ulang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) berjalan kurang efektif disebabkan oleh Struktur Hukum (Legal Structure) sedangkan Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan Pemungutan Suara Ulang adalah faktor sarana dan prasarana. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of repeat voting (PSU) in general elections in South Sulawesi Province and to determine and analyze the factors that influence repeat voting (PSU) in general elections in South Sulawesi Province. This research is empirical legal research examining legislation, legal principles and legal doctrine that are relevant to the topic discussed using a sociological approach that examines the factors in society that influence the effectiveness of the repeat voting. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of repeat voting (PSU) was less effective due to the legal structure, while the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of repeat voting are the facilities and infrastructure factors.]]>
