Abstract

Kafe Green Black merupakan salah satu kafe yang bertempat di jalan Kol HR Hardianto Banaran Sekaran Gunung Pati, dimana selalu berusaha mengedepankan dalam peningkatan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan.  Proses transaksi yang masih manual dirasakan kurang efektif dan efisien.  Sehingga perlu disediakan sistem informasi dimana pegawai dapat langsung merekap transaksi baik penjualan ataupun pembelian secara cepat.  Dari rekap data transaksi tersebut Pimpinan dapat secara langsung mengetahui laporan – laporan  yang digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bulan selanjutnya dalam menentukan strategi penjualan dan penggajian pegawai.  Dalam sistem ini juga dibuat fasilitas yang terkait dengan proses absensi karyawan dan aplikasi akuntansi terutama terkait dengan buku besar dan laporan laba/rugi. Aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen untuk pengelolaan kafe dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 7.0 dan basis data MySQL.  Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi ini diharapkan kegiatan transaksi yang terjadi menjadi lebih praktis, proses rekap transaksi jadi lebih mudah,  dan  laporan keuangan ataupun laporan pembelian barang secara bulanan ataupun sewaktu – waktu dapat diketahui lebih cepat.

Abstract

Environmental education is one of the factors which includes natural conditions and this world with certain ways can influence our behavior, growth and development or life processes. Environment is all that is both human and manmade or natural objects that move, events or things that has a relationship with someone. the role of parents in the family as a guide, teacher, and giving examples. During the preschool years, relationships with parents or guardians are the basis for social and emotional development of children. society as providers of education, both instituted (school track and outdoor track schools) as well as non-institutionalized pathways (pathways outside of school). institution community organizations and / or social groups in the community, either directly or indirectly involved has a role and educative function. Progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology, as well as the strengthening of globalization will influence the roles and functions between the educational environment. In addition to a shift in the role also demanded an increase in the quality of the part.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine antioxidant activity of artocarpus camansi fruit extracts from Sigi, Central Sulawesi. This study was conducted by maceration extraction technique, and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) as the source of free radicals, and vitamin C as a positive control. UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used for measuring the absorbance of artocarpus camansi fruit extracts. artocarpus camansi fruit powder was extracted by maceration using ethanol. Various concentrations of artocarpus camansi fruit extracts used were 20, 40, 60, and 80 mg/L. The results showed that the IC50 value for artocarpus camansi (artocarpus communis) fruit extract was 88.715 mg/L, whereas the IC50 value for vitamin C was 37.153 mg/L. Artocarpus camansi (artocarpus communis) fruit extracts are powerful antioxidants category based on IC50 value. The optimum percentage antioxidant activity of artocarpus camansi fruit extracts to inhibit free radical amounted to by 50.65%

Abstract

Education is an organization of the most fundamental in determining the life and future of a nation . Thus, in the process should be able to adjust to the conditions of the times. Education is very important to create a society berpedaban . Civilization of a nation will be added and the birth of an education system that is used by the nation. A civilized society , are educated people .According to Muhammad Naqib Al - Attas , Islamic education was more appropriately termed at- tadib ( compared tarbiyah term , study groups and other) because the concept of education tadib give adab / culture . Education takes place with a focus on the human being as subject and object , in order to meet the intellectual and spiritual potential . Along with rapid technological progress , automatically requires innovation in the field of education.Education is no longer enough organized traditionally , it flow without a clear target , and the absence of procedures for reaching a target that proved to be effective and efficient . If we retain the traditional ways without convening innovation , then obviously the Muslims and Islamic education will fall further behind in all aspects . For this reason the need for innovation in Islamic education is meant to be born Islamic education quality and competitive. Educational / character education is " an attempt to educate children to make decisions wisely and practice it in our daily lives , so that they can contribute to the environment " .Educational / character education is " a process of transformation of the values of life to be cultivated in a persons personality to become one in the behavior of the persons life " . Which contains three important key points , namely : a) the process of transformation of values , b ) cultivated in personality , and c ) become one in behavior.Characters in the school setting is " learning that led to the strengthening and development of the childs behavior ( students ) in their entirety based on a certain value referred to the school " . There are three important variables , namely : a ) the integrity of the character values in all subjects , b ) the spirit of development and strengthening of the behavior of learners , c ) the planting of the value derived from Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution , religious values , and norms in societyThe social function of religion is to support and preserve the existing community , both the unity and social solidarity . Religious social conditions can be seen in the activities of the students in pesantren salaf . The students in the study of religion and science uniquely pesantren always link between learning the value of obedience to the clerics and the value of devotion to God . Two elements ( learning and values obedience, piety) is a symbiotic mutualism . Value transendetal so closely in the life of students in pesantren salaf .Islam asserts that the human ego is free and therefore his actions can be assessed by reference to the rules of morality . Religion acts strengthen the unity and stability of the society by supporting social control, sustain the values and goals are established , and provides a means to resolve the error and alienation . Religion can also perform the role of the treatise and proved himself to be something that was not resolved or even a subversive influence of orchestrating the particular societyCultural strategy is designed for the development of mature personality for the people of Islam by broadening their horizons , widen the scope of their commitments, deepen their awareness of the complexity of the environment of mankind , and strengthen their solidarity with fellow human beings regardless of their political ideology , origins ethnicity , cultural background , and religious beliefs. In order for this goal can be achieved will require a full development of rational behavior of Muslims towards life. Commitment togetherness in maintaining harmony in diversity is needed . Peace will not be achieved without mutual respect and uphold a sense of togetherness in society . So it will be able to produce the tolerant Muslims , the bond of national unity in the NKRI.Keywords : Character, Education, Innovative.

Abstract

Salaf pesantren is an institution that is still strongly bound by old traditions. By inheriting and maintaincontinuity of Islamic tradition developed by scholars from time to time indefinite periodesasinya, has elementswhich include clerics, students, cottage / hostel, mosque, recitals of classical texts / yellow book, applyingthe method bandongan, sorogan, wetonan, principled firmly on Islamic education material. Pesantren Salafurgently need progress in science and technology. Pesantren Salaf there are many who “failed” to preserve itsown leadership weights, weak in preparing a “succession” Kyai guardians comparable with the foregoing, letalone exceeded. Answering the needs of the era, schools Salaf open formal educational institutions. Sensitivitypesantren Salaf against the phenomena that appear in the society is a social concern and reflexive owned evenare characteristic. So that the aspirations of the people making the boarding school received the developmentand advancement of science and technology. The real step taken is establishing formal educational institutionsfrom kindergarten through college. The character of a scholar is asceticism and totality. On the other hand,people still expect the efficacy of the function and role of pesantren Salaf like period once, without knowing thatit is actually what is expected it is experiencing overcast condition and shrinkage. Expenses are given the addedweight and more and more, but the ability to lift a boarding school in general was declining. Source overcastcondition and depreciation mainly boils down to the weight and quality of the “clerics who brought up”. Abstract

The development of Islam during the time of Prophet Muhammad, through various kinds of trials and challenges faced to spread it. At the beginning of Prophet Muhammad SAW. got a revelation from Allah SWT. which called for humans to worship him, received great challenges from various circles of Quraysh. This happened because at that time the Quraysh had another offering of idols made by themselves. Because of such circumstances, the first dawah performed in Mecca was conducted in secret, especially since the number of people who converted to Islam was very small. Quantity of people who embraced Islam more and more in days, God also ruled the Prophet to do dawah openly. Increasingly new believers brought by Prophet Muhammad SAW. Allah SWT. ordered the Prophet Muhammad along with other Muslims to emigrate to the city of Medina. This is where a new chapter of Islamic progress begins. Islamic propagation done by the Prophet either secretly or openly, received various responses (responses). Although it can be said that Arab society in the city of Makkah there is a sincere acceptance of Islamic teachings, but in general the Arab community of Makkah city refused and did not want the presence of Islam and Muslims and Muslims in the city. After several years of individual accusation the orders were taken for the Prophet to openly indict and the next step was to accuse the general. The Prophet began calling the whole society to Islam openly. After the accusation of the light, the Quraish leader began to try to obstruct the Apostles doom. The increasing number of the Prophets increasingly stronger the challenges of the Quraisy. According to Ahmad Shalabi, there are five factors that encourage quraisy people to oppose the call of Islam: 1) They cannot distinguish between prophethood and power. 2) Prophet Muhammad called on the noble right with hambah sahaya. 3) The Quraysh cannot accept the teachings of the resurrection and the vengeance of the Hereafter. 4) Taklid to the ancestors is a deeply entrenched habit in the Arab nation. 5) Sculptors and sculptors view Islam as a barrier of sustenance. There are many ways that the leaders of quraisy to prevent propaganda from the diplomatic way Muhammad accompanied by persuasion until the violence was launched to stop the propagation of the Prophet. But the Prophet Muhammad remained in the position to broadcast the religion of Islam.

Abstract

By looking at the existing problems at the Department of Tourism Sulawesi province seemed a decrease in employee performance so that research conducted in order to determine the performance of employees Department of Tourism Central Sulawesi province. Using descriptive qualitative research methods. The number of informants in this study that eight people, drawn by pusposive sampling techniques. Mechanical collection and retrieval of data consists of observations, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in view of employee performance that is the theory put forward by Dessler, the concept as a measure of performance for Employees at the Department of Tourism Central Sulawesi province. The results showed that the performance of employees at the Department of Tourism of Central Sulawesi province can be seen from the aspect. First, the quality of work of employees showed a pretty good performance. Second, the quantity of employee jobs can be completed in a timely manner. Third, supervision is also performed by employees, fourth, employee attendance does not guarantee the performance of employees in the work and the fifth, employees do not optimal conservation. It can be concluded that the three performance indicators according to Dessler, only three aspects that show the employee performance aspect of quality of work, quantity of work and supervision required. While the presence and conservation aspects do not yet optimal.

Abstract

Humans as subjects and objects of law cannot live and carry out lawsuits. But instead humans are bound by a rule that applies in the midst of their lives as citizens in their environment. For this reason, awareness is needed in understanding and obeying the rules that apply. But social and cultural changes that occur continuously sometimes bring hope as well as concern. Hope, because change will bring better conditions, and fears will come if the future is worse than the present. The development of science and technology that should have raised hopes and reduced concerns is now also marked by the confrontation of scientists and scholars, namely the separation between the world and the hereafter, making it difficult to control human attitudes as the excesses of the emptiness of the soul.To help the general public, it requires the ability to wage jihad in the field of da'wah. The insistent pressure in the Prophet's preaching in Mecca, then inspired the Prophet to emigrate and temporarily exit from Mecca to Medina. The original name of the city was Yastrib. This Prophet's strategy turned out to be very telling and presents a golden journey in the history of da'wah and the formation of society.With all the intelligence and attitudes of the Prophet Muhammad, when in Medina not only can spread in the sense of tabli, but more than that the Prophet Together the community can build a model of a modern social system even too modern in its time. To help the general public, it requires the ability to wage jihad in the field of da'wah. Abstract

Kedudukan Hukum Pekerja dan Pengusaha adalah setara. Namun pada penerapannya cenderung menempatkan pengusaha pada posisi yang lebih diuntungkan Mendasari hal tersebut, paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dari aspek tanggungjawab konstitusional negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian dengan Analisis Isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dimaksudkan untuk menjamin hak-hak dasar dan menjamin kesamaan kesempatan serta perlakuan tanpa diskriminasi atas dasar apapun untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan pekerja/buruh beserta keluarganya. The legal position of workers and entrepreneurs is equal. However, in practice, it tends to put employers in a more advantageous position. Based on this, this paper aims to analyze legal protection for workers from the aspect of state constitutional responsibility. The research method used is a type of research with Content Analysis. The results of the study show that legal protection for workers is intended to guarantee basic rights and guarantee equal opportunity and treatment without discrimination on any basis to realize the welfare of workers / laborers and their families.

Abstract

The education system is part of the aspired life order, which in essence cannot be separated from the connection with the teachings of Islam itself. The new Islamic education system is considered Islamic, only if it is in harmony with the concepts of the Qur’an and hadith which are the basis and purpose of Muslim life. The presence of individuals who have moral integrity is the basis for the construction of a civilized society. Moral integrity arises if individuals can make decisions through the process of correct rational consideration, and wisely implement them, following the context of a particular space and time. Moral integrity includes the ability of individuals to make practical policies that are meaningful to their own lives and others. The difference is human nature. Appreciating differences is a fundamental attitude that must be cultivated in individuals. Especially in the life of nation and state in the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, respect for differences must be cultivated in each individual, because our country stands. After all, the founders of this nation respect difference, and in that difference, they want to unite strength and energy in building the nation. Appreciating differences or tolerance is part of the character of the Indonesian people, who love the sovereignty, unity, and unity of the Republic of Indonesia.
