Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas perlindungan hukum terhadap saksi pelapor dalam tindak pidana korupsi di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi Dan Korban (LPSK). 2) Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas perlindungan hukum terhadap saksi pelapor dalam tindak pidana korupsi di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi Dan Korban (LPSK). Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) efektivitas perlindungan hukum terhadap saksi pelapor dalam tindak pidana korupsi di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi Dan Korban (LPSK) kurang efektif. Kurang efektifnya perlindungan hukum terhadap saksi pelapor dalam tindak pidana korupsi di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban dikarenakan sosio-kultural di Indonesia yang belum siap untuk relokasi dan pergantian identitas saksi pelapor tindak pidana korupsi. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas perlindungan hukum terhadap saksi pelapor dalam tindak pidana korupsi di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK) adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum, faktor budaya hukum dan faktor sarana dan prasarana. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for reporting witnesses in criminal acts of corruption at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). 2) Analyze and evaluate the factors that influence the effectiveness of legal protection for reporting witnesses in criminal acts of corruption at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). This research uses the type of empirical legal research. The results of the research show that: 1) the effectiveness of legal protection for reporting witnesses in criminal acts of corruption at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) is less effective. The lack of effective legal protection for reporting witnesses in criminal acts of corruption at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency is due to the socio-cultural situation in Indonesia which is not yet ready for the relocation and change of identity of witnesses reporting corruption crimes. 2) Factors that influence the effectiveness of legal protection for reporting witnesses in criminal acts of corruption at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) are legal substance factors, legal structure factors, legal culture factors and facilities and infrastructure factors.
