Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Labuang Baji dari hasil pengamatan awal yang telah dilakukan peneliti dimana kinerja dari karyawan maupun tenaga Kesehatan di RSUD Labuang Baji mengalami penurunan sebagai contoh masih banyaknya karyawan terkhusus perawat tidak tetap ataupun tenaga kesehatan yang datang terlambat dari jam kerjanya mengakibatkan terlambatnya dimulai jam pelayanan kepada pasien sehingga terjadi antrean di pelayanan pasien di RSUD Labuang Baji dan dengan adanya tenaga kesehatan yang datang terlambat akan berdampak pada karyawan lainnya yang harus merangkap jabatan. Hal ini tentu akan berdampak pada ketidakefektivitasan pegawai dalam bekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pegawai Tidak Tetap Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Labuang Baji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat pegawai tidak tetap dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat tidak tetap melalui Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,210, nilai t-statistic sebesar 3,840, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Quality of Work Life (QWL) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat tidak tetap melalui Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,561, nilai t-statistic sebesar 9,335, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Serta Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat tidak tetap melalui Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. ABSTRACT Background: Labuang Baji from the results of initial observations made by researchers where the performance of employees and health workers at Labuang Baji Hospital has decreased, for example, there are still many employees, especially non-permanent nurses or health workers who arrive late from their working hours, resulting in the late start of service hours to patients so that there are queues in patient services at Labuang Baji Hospital and with health workers who arrive late, it will have an impact on other employees who have to double up. This will certainly have an impact on the ineffectiveness of employees at work. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Non-Permanent Employee Nurse Performance through Job Satisfaction at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The population in this study were non-permanent employee nurses with a sample size of 83 respondents. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. Results: Shows that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant influence on the performance of non-permanent nurses through Job Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.210, a t-statistic value of 3.840, and a p-value of 0.000. Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a significant influence on the performance of non-permanent nurses through Job Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.561, a t-statistic value of 9.335, and a p-value of 0.000. And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of non-permanent nurses through Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000.
