ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Budaya organisasi sering diartikan sebagai nilai-nilai yang dimengerti dan dipatuhi bersama yang dimiliki oleh suatu organisasi sehingga organisasi merasa satu keluarga dan menciptakan suatu kondisi anggota organisasi tersebut merasa berbeda dengan organisasi lainnya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat instalasi rawat inap di RSUD Labuang Baji Kota Makassar. Metode: Lokasi penelitian RSUD Labuang Baji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Jumlah responden sebanyak 170 orang perawat diambil dari seluruh populasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier logistik Hasil: Hasil penelitian responden dengan variabel Involvement berpengaruh signifikan (p<0.003) ,dan Consistency berpengaruh signifikan (p<0.029). Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh involvement dan consistency terhadap kinerja perawat sedangkan adaptability tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dan mission tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Labuang Baji. Diharapkan Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas orientasi penelitian sehingga dapat diketahui faktor-faktor budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. ABSTRACT Background: Organizational culture is often interpreted as shared and understood values shared by an organization so that the organization feels one family and creates a condition where members of the organization feel different from other organizations.. Objective: The aim of the research was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of nurses inpatient care in Labuang Baji Regional Hospital Makassar Method: The research locations in Regional General Hospital, Labuang Baji. This was a quantitative quantitative research. The design used was observational analytic cross-sectional study approach. The number of respondents were 170 nurses taken from the entire population. Data were analyzed using logistic linear regression test. Result: The results of the study of respondents with the variable Involvement significantly influence (p<0.003) and the consistency has a significant effect (p <0.029) Conclution: This research is an influence of involvement and consistency on the performance of nurses while adaptability does not affect the performance of nurses and mission there is no influence on the performance of nurses in the inpatient installation of Labuang Baji Hospital. It is hoped that further research can broaden the orientation of research so that organizational culture factors can influence the performance of nurses.
