Translating a novel into another language is not an easy thing to do. The quality of translated novels is sometimes not as good as the original novel. This can cause readers to misunderstand the author’s meaning. Translators who are illiterate in translation techniques and unable to use them are to blame for all of these issues. Therefore, translation techniques are very important. This research analyzes the translation techniques for the novel Laba-Laba Dan Jaring Kesayangannya by Dina Begum. This study’s objective is to analyze the use of Dina Begum’s translation techniques in the novel Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White . Dina Begum translated the original English novel by Kakatua in 2021, and that is where the data came from.
