<![CDATA[This study aims to describe phonological errors in narrative essays of grade VI students of SD Negeri 1 Lau, Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative, which analyzes the results of narrative essays that have been made by students. The data in this study is the writing of narrative essays that have errors by 6th grade students of SD Negri 1 Lau. The data source of this research is the narrative essay of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Lau which contains language errors at the level of phonology. The data collection technique is documentation by collecting narrative essays of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Lau. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were language errors at the level of phonology in the narrative essays of grade VI students of SD Negeri 1 Lau, namely errors in adding phonemes, subtracting phonemes, changing phonemes and changing diphthong sounds. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan fonologi pada karangan narasi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Lau, Kecamatan Dawe, Kabupaten Kudus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menganalisis hasil dari karangan narasi yang telah dibuat oleh siswa. Data pada penelitian ini adalah penulisan karangan narasi yang mengalami kesalahan oleh siswa kelas 6 SD Negri 1 Lau. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah karangan narasi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Lau yang mengandung kesalahan berbahasa tataran fonologi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dengan cara mengumpulkan karangan narasi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Lau. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan kesalahan berbahasa tataran fonologi dalam karangan narasi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Lau yaitu kesalahan penambahan fonem, pengurangan fonem, perubahan fonem serta perubahan bunyi diftong.]]>
