Anxiety often arise due to psychological pressure. Anxiety is frequently caused by psychological stress. Jenga game is one type of exercise that stacking and removing wooden blocks to build a tower which can help relieve anxiety. This research aimed to determine the effect of the Jenga game on reducing the anxiety of training participants at the ASI Training Center in Bekasi City. The study was conducted on April to June 2023. The study design in this research was quasi with a two-group pre and post-test design type. Purposive sampling was used to select 24 samples, which were divided into two groups, the intervention group and the control group; each group had 12 respondents. The dependent variable was anxiety, while the independent variable was Jenga Games. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate using the T-test. With a p-value of 0.000, the intervention significantly lowered the anxiety mean in the intervention group from 29.50 to 10.58. The intervention group's mean value was significantly 17.58 lower than the control group's, with a p-value of 0.000. Thus, it could be concluded that the Jenga game effectively reduced anxiety. The Jenga game should be presented to trainees during the training process as an option to alleviate anxiety and boost the pass rate on competency tests.
