This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effects of Blended Learning, Time Management, and Self Regulated on Learning Interests of 2019 PGRI University Semarang Students. Data was collected through observation, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis was carried out using a descriptive quantitative method using a simple random sampling technique with 347 students as respondents. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that first, the Blended Learning variable had no significant effect on Learning Interest, the second variable Time Management had a positive and significant effect on Learning Interest and the third variable namely Self Regulated had a positive and significant effect on Learning Interest. Abstrak Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Blended Learning, Manajemen Waktu, dan Self Regulated Terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Universitas PGRI Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan responden 347 mahasiswa. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, variabel Blended Learning tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar, variabel kedua Manajemen Waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar dan variabel ketiga yaitu Self Regulated berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar.
