This research discusses how the function of market demand and supply affects the balance of inflation in the value of the Rupiah currency. In this analysis, researchers used a literature review approach to understand the relationship between these variables. The research results show that the market demand and supply function has an important role in determining the inflation rate and the value of the Rupiah currency. An increasing market demand function can increase demand for goods and services, thereby increasing production costs and affecting inflation. On the other hand, if the market supply function increases, it can increase the supply of goods and services, thereby reducing production costs and reducing inflation. In synthesis, this research shows that the balance of inflation in the value of the Rupiah currency is influenced by the interaction between market supply and demand functions. These results have practical implications for monetary and fiscal policies that can help regulate inflation and the value of the Rupiah currency.
