<![CDATA[This study examines teachers' challenges in implementing effective learning modules at SMK Negeri 2 Pagar Alam, focusing on the lack of active student participation in class. This issue arises due to monotonous and unvaried teaching methods, making some students feel bored and confused. This qualitative descriptive research utilized observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to gather data. The study population includes 70 teachers at the school, with a specific sample of Islamic Education teachers from the X MPLB 2 class selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that the main difficulties lie in the use of lecture methods and the lack of effective media and teaching strategies, impacting the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process for the 2023/2024 Independent Curriculum academic year.]]>
