<![CDATA[Health problems are a big problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. The Maternal and Child Health Program has always been the main focus in health services, especially for Community Health Centers. The aim of the maternal and child health service program is to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. In its implementation, problems are still found, namely the still high maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia. In East Java, the number of maternal deaths in 2022 is 499 cases, in Lamongan, the number of maternal deaths is 8 cases and infant deaths are 73 cases. The aim of this research is to determine the function of community health center management in the maternal and baby health program in the working area of the Tikung Public Health Center. The type of research used is qualitative research, descriptive research type. The research location is the Tikung Community Health Center, Tikung District, Lamongan Regency. The informants in this research are the head of the community health center, the coordinating midwife, the head of administration and the village midwife in the Tikung Community Health Center area. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and document search, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.
