Firm value reflects market perceptions of company performance and prospects, while profitability, liquidity, and capital structure represent financial conditions that may shape that value. Inconsistent findings in previous studies indicate that the relationships among these variables require further examination, particularly in computer and device service companies. This research aims to describe profitability, liquidity, capital structure, and firm value; analyze the influence of profitability and liquidity on capital structure and firm value; analyze the influence of capital structure on firm value; and analyze the indirect effects of profitability and liquidity on firm value through capital structure. The population consists of 27 listed companies, and purposive sampling based on the availability of financial reports for 2019–2022 produced 13 companies or 52 observations. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, and path analysis. The results show that profitability significantly affects capital structure, whereas liquidity does not. Profitability does not significantly affect firm value, while liquidity significantly affects firm value. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value at ? = 10%. Capital structure does not mediate the effect of profitability or liquidity on firm value. These findings imply that liquidity and prudent capital-structure management are important considerations for strengthening firm value, while profitability alone does not directly determine market valuation in the observed companies.
