Abstract

Manufacturers in Indonesia face new challenge related to prevailing free trade of CAFTA 2010 especially for imported products from Cina. This phenomenon provides a gab for further researchs to have a qualtitative research study on operational management which related to the implementation of Total Quality Management, competitive ability and customer satisfaction. This journal presents the phenomenon of prevailing free trade of CAFTA and some concepts, as well as measurement for TQM variables, Competitive ability of the company and customer satisfaction. Objective of this journal is expected to be able to assist the next researchers who want to conduct a research study on operational management, especially that concern to TQM, competitive ability of the company and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of leadership motivation and job Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel always effort to improve work performance. It is influenced by compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment. To analyzing and to know the influence, the research need to do  in Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel. Quantitative method is used in this research. The population is all members of  Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel. They are 63 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research samples are 63 person. The datas collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.The research result shows that compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment have influence significantly to the performance partially and simultance. Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel need to improve compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performanceKey Words: Performance, compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment

Abstract

Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Abstract

This study Aimed to describe the Human Resources Development, Compensation,Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance Operator PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk.Sukorejo Pandaan, analyze the influence of Human Resources Development, Compensation,and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance Operator PT. HM SampoernaTbk. Sukorejo Pandaan, as well as identify and analyze between the variables of HumanResources Development, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment dominant influenceon employee performance Operator PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Sukorejo Pandaan. Thepopulation in this study were employees of the operator PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk, SukorejoPandaan total 670 employees. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents. Thesampling technique used in the study is simple random sampling assuming a homogeneouspopulation. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Theanalysis showed that the development of human resources, compensation and organizationalcommitment influence on the performance of employees of PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk SukorejoPandaan, which means that the development of human resources properly implemented,supported with adequate compensation, and high organizational committed employees canimprove employee performance. Development of human resources more dominant influencethan compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance PT. HM.Sampoerna Tbk Sukorejo Pandaan. This suggests that the main thing to consider to improvethe performance of employees of PT. HM. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia dan motivasi kerja terhadap partisipasi anggota yang berdampak kepada kinerja koperasi. Desain Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan berasal dari jawaban responden sebanyak 75 anggota koperasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif (Mean) dan Struktural Equation Model yang diselesaiakan dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja koperasi. Partisipasi anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi. Artinya partisipasi anggota menjadi kunci keberhasilan  dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja koperasi terkait dengan implementasi tatakelola sumberdaya manusia dan motivasi kerja anggota koperasi.Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, motivasi, partispasi anggota, kinerja koperasi.

Abstract

This research examines, analyzes, and examines the influence of organizational culture and shared responsibility systems on member behavior that impacts on business security in the Setia Budi Wanita Cooperative (SBW) Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Researchers are interested in examining this by seeing that there is something unique and great in the SBW Malang Cooperative in terms of organizational culture, shared responsibility systems, member behavior, and business security so that researchers consider it necessary to conduct research to determine the influence of organizational culture and systems joint responsibility for member behavior that impacts on business security in the Malang SBW Cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to describe each variable, analyze the effect of product quality, price, and brand image of influence on the intention of purchasing decision of Madlyson product, and analyze the dominant variable affecting purchase decision at Aztekline store in Tulungagung. This study was processed using quantitative approach with survey method, sampling was 60 respondents. Data were collected through observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, including multiple correlation coefficient, multiple determination coefficient and t test (partial) and F (simultaneous) test. Then, the data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS software version 16 (Statistics Package for Social Sciences). Analyzer used consisted of: Analysis of validity and reliability, Test of Classic Assumption, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskidastity Test. The results of the analysis show that product quality, price, and brand image simultaneously affect the purchase decision of the product. Partially, all independent variables significantly affect purchasing decisions. The dominant variable is the brand image (56.8%). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables studied can contribute to the dependent variable of 46.3% while the remaining 53.7% due to the contribution of outside research variables.

Abstract

(English Version) In the midst of the times, the competition is very tight, making the company trying to maintain its business continuity. So, producers should seek various ways to maintain customer satisfaction and loyal customers to AFB Advertising. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population in this study is AFB Advertising customer. The sample technique used purposive sampling as many as 105 people as respondents. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument whose results will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) equation model with path analysis. The results of his research show that: (1) Customer trust and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on brand loyalty through E-WOM which has an E-WOM beta coefficient value of (α = 0.05). (2) Customer trust is determined by trusting belief and trusting intention. Then, customer satisfaction is determined by service quality, personal selling and complaint handling. However, E-WOM is determined by intensity, valence of opinion and content. Brand loyalty is determined by information sharing, positive information, Friend recomendation, and continuing purchase. Then, Brand Loyalty affects Share Information. (Versi Indonesia) Di tengah perkembangan zaman persaingan sangat ketat menjadikan perusahaan berupaya untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan bisnisnya. Sehingga produsen harus mengupayakan berbagai cara untuk menjaga kepuasan konsumen dan pelanggan yang setia terhadap AFB Advertising. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan populasi dari customer AFB Advertising. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 105 orang sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data yang hasilnya akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Customer Trust dan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui E-WOM memiliki nilai koefisien beta E-WOM sebesar (α = 0,05); (2) Customer trust ditentukan oleh Trusting Belief dan Trusting Intention, Customer Satisfaction ditentukan oleh service quality, personal selling dan complain handling serta E-WOM ditentukan oleh Intensity, Valence Of Opinion dan Content kemudian Brand Loyalty ditentukan oleh Share Information, Say Positif Things, Recommended Friends dan Continue Purchasing. Brand Loyalty berpengaruh terhadap Share Information.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to test and obtain empericial evidence regarding the effect of the effect of EPS, EPS, ROA, ROE, ROI, Inflation, Interest Rate, Exchange Rate Rupiah against USD and Indonesian Crude Price on Market Capitalization and the mediating effect of Market Capitalization on Stock Returns Jakarta Islamic Index Indonesia. This study is a causal study with a quantitative approach. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data. Dana analysis used data panel regression. Based on results of study, various empirical evidences were found. EPS, PER, ROA and ROE has a positive effect and significant on Market Capitalization. ROI and Interest Rate has a negative effect and significant on Market Capitalization. Inflation and Indonesian Crude Price has a positive and insignificant on Market Capitalization. Exchange Rate Rupiah against USD has a negative effect and insignificant on Market Capitalization. Market Capitalization has a negative and insignificant on Stock Returns. The Market Capitalization cannot as a information for investors in predicting stock returns, because the Market Capitalization is not necessarily able to provide high stock returns.

Abstract

The demands of company needs are increasingly complex and require the application of appropriate information technology to help meet company needs. PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang launched the OT Link application which is used to meet company needs in accelerating the dissemination of information related to work results and important company information. The OT Link application can be used on smartphone devices with Android and iOS software, making it easier to access. This research is explanatory research, the location of this research was carried out in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study were all people who used the OT Link application with a sample size of 160 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires online via social networks owned by the company. Data analysis techniques use Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Data analysis uses path analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research are that information quality and service quality affect user satisfaction, user satisfaction has an effect on net benefits, and system quality has no affect on user satisfaction, and system quality, information quality, and service quality have no affect on net benefits through user satisfaction of the OT Link application.
