<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa besar analisi pengaruh aksebilitas (X1), Peningkatan Keamanan (X2), Penambahan Fitur (X3) terhadap Aplikasi kinerja PDS, dimana penelitian dilakukan pada nasabah PT Pegadaian Persero Cabang poncol Semarang dengan sampel responden sebanyak 80, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat dimana sigifikansi hanya peningkatan karyawan yang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, kedua variabel lain yaitu Aksebilitas dan Penambahan Fitur berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak sigifikan. Kata Kunci: aksebilitas, Peningkatan Keamanan, Penambahan Fitur, Aplikasi kinerja PDS ABSTRACT The research was conducted to see how much influence the analysis of accessibility (X1), increased security (X2), additional features (X3) had on PDS application performance, where the research was conducted on customers of PT Pegadaian Persero Semarang Poncol Branch with a sample of 80 respondents, the research results showed that all independent variables have a positive influence on the dependent variable where the only significance is employee increase which has a positive and significant influence, the other two variables namely Accessibility and Feature Additions have a positive influence but are not significant.
