<![CDATA[Project management is the main thing that affects the success of projects in various industries. This research aims to analyse the factors that influence the success of project management, the application of influencing factors in project management practices, the impact of the application of information technology, and the adaptation of project management methodologies. The research method applied to overcome this problem is the systematic literature review method. The research results show that factors including communication, leadership, planning, risk management, teamwork, adaptation of project management methodology, and the influence of information technology affect project success. Then the application of information technology and appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile and Lean, can have a positive impact on project management success. This research is expected to provide guidance and recommendations for practitioners and researchers in the field of project management to achieve greater project success.]]>
