<![CDATA[Disiplin preventif, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan penting dalam mendorong kinerja. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh disiplin preventif, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan Bumi Perkemahan dan Graha Wisata Pramuka. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dianalisis dengan regresi linier ganda pada taraf uji 5%. Hasil penelitian disiplin preventif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan; motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan arah positif. Preventive discipline, work motivation, and leadership are important in driving performance. This study examines the effect of preventive discipline, work motivation, and leadership on employee performance. The population in this study was the employees of the Campground and Graha Wisata Pramuka. Sampling using accidental sampling with a research sample of 68 respondents.
