<![CDATA[Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi teknis, motivasi kerja dan disiplin diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Subjek dari penelitian berjumlah 48 orang karyawan pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi software IBM SPSS 25. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model yang layak dimana kompetensi teknis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research aims to determine the effect of the technical competency, work motivation, and self-discipline variables on employee performance at CV Mega Motor Cicurug. The subjects of this research were 48 employees of CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The analytical tool used in this research is the IBM SPSS 25 software application. The form of this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research produces a feasible model where technical competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self-discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>
