Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi sangat erat kaitannya dengan kinerja karyawan, setiap perusahaan akan selalu berusaha dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga apa yang dijadikan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai dengan baik. Pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial, dan pengembangan karir menjadi salah satu upaya dalam mengahdapi persoalan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menjadi sebuah strategi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ISS Indonesia dengan jabatan Security Guard area penempatanUOB Plaza Thamrin. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang. Metode analisis dengan deskriptif dan verifikatiif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan (kuesioner, wawancara, observasi) dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier bergadan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial secara persial dan simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

To ascertain the overall, direct, and indirect effects of organisational culture and work environment on employee performance as measured by work motivation Discover the impact of work motivation intervening variables that mediate between organisational culture and work environment and employee performance at PT Lintang Gemini Abadi. Discover the impact of work motivation intervening variables that mediate between organisational culture and work environment and employee performance at PT Lintang Gemini Abadi.This study aims to ascertain the effect of work motivation intervening variables that mediate between organisational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Lintang Gemini Abadi. It also aims to ascertain the direct, indirect, and overall influence of organisational culture and work environment on employee performance through work motivation. In this study, 100 respondents made up the sample—a proposed random sampling. The programme Microsoft Office Excel was used to transform ordinal data into metric data on an interval scale using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). analysis of data employing path analysis (Path Analysys), verification analysis, descriptive analysis, and analysisUsing the IBM SPPS Version 25.00 programme, do the Sobel Test for variables that may be interfering. The study's findings demonstrate that organisational culture and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job motivation at the same time. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by organisational culture. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by the workplace environment. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organisational culture. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the workplace. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by work motivation. The workplace environment has the power to moderate employee performance through job motivation, whereas organisational culture is unable to do so.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Konveksi Setia Kawan MSME employees' performance is impacted by organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation. Organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation were the independent variables employed in this study, and 46 individuals were sampled. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used in this research is employee performance. The research data was collected using questionnaires. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Konveksi Setia Kawan MSME employees. Abstract

This study aims to test the direct effect of workload and compensation on turnover intention through job satisfaction with 100 workers from PT Honoris Industry as the sample. Study findings revealed that workload has a direct, negative, and significant effect on job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive and significant effect directly on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant direct effect on turnover intention and compensation has a negative and significant effect directly on turnover intention. Job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of workload on employee turnover intentions and job satisfaction can mediate the indirect positive and significant influence of compensation on turnover intention. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine consumer loyalty in the Bumi Kepanduan Unit Sentul Bogor which is influenced by consumer trust, emotions through consumer satisfaction, and 100 people were sampled. Meanwhile, the analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive method and path analysis. The results of the research show that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; emotionality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; consumer trust has a direct positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; emotional has a direct positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; consumer satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; consumer trust has an indirect and positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at the Sentu Bogor Scouting Unit; and emotion has an indirect and positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at the Sentu Bogor Scouting Earth Unit. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kecamatan Cisarua, dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM), yang merupakan aset paling berharga dalam organisasi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh. Jumlah responden sebanyak 35 orang. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan honorer kecamatan cisarua serta objek penelitian adalah beban kerja, stress kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Alat yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis verifikatif, analisis jalur, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan beban kerja, stress kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kecamatan cisarua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Lido Bogor. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliable. Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan software SPSS. Adapun analisis regresi berganda uji F (simultan) menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t (parsial) menyatakan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Lido Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT AMB. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa tanggapan karyawan terhadap variabel kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berada dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Selain itu, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lebih lanjut, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of work environment, workload, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach based on both primary and secondary data. The sampling technique applied is simple random sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The analytical methods used include descriptive-verificative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) simultaneously, the work environment, workload, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) partially, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
